Palette 22

Palette 22 is a celebration of global cuisine, artistic innovation and historical reverence, all set in the heart of Washington D.C.'s bustling Union Market District.

An extensive selection of small plates provides global influence and are intended to be mixed, matched and shared. A curated Artist-in-Residence (AIR) program provides a rotating gallery of works, spanning various mediums, and featuring over 30 local artists. The restaurant’s bustling art studio creates a gallery-like atmosphere where guests can observe and interact directly with local creators, as well as purchase artwork on display. Workshops showcasing different creative techniques, artist talks and compelling collaborative pairings between artists and chefs will provide patrons the unique opportunity to delve into the creative process.
