Artist Critiques

March 3, 2018
Starting: 06:30 PM

Artistic growth often involves constructive evaluation, but for working artists not enrolled in a formal degree program, access to regular critiques can be difficult to find. Strathmore offers artists an opportunity to participate in critiques led by a range of professionals in our region, from museum curators to working artists. Each session helps artists to separate from the art-making process and discover what viewers with trained eyes see evolving within their art. Critiques offer encouragement and perspective to help artists improve and refine their work.

Artists are invited to bring two completed works to the critique session. Professional artists of all career stages and education levels are welcome. If you have any questions, please contact VisualArts [at]
