Villa Yara, a Lebanese restaurant located in Georgetown, has a beautiful garden that is one of the largest outdoor seating areas in Georgetown. Stepping into this garden takes you out of the city and into a whimsical oasis where guests are surrounded by flowers with a running fountain in the center of the patio. It’s the perfect place to sip on a specialty cocktail and eat traditional Mezza dishes with friends during the warmer months.
Villa Yara was built on the nostalgic tale of Yara, a character inspired by the famous Lebanese singer Fairouz. As you walk through The Restaurant and Garden, you see a tale of Yara taking over the old Georgetown home, turning it into a piece of Lebanon. Villa Yara’s food is made to be shared and is served in the Lebanese tradition of Mezza.
