What do you love most about working at Destination DC?
Out of the many aspects I do love and appreciate, I feel that the most relevant for me is having a family away from mine, who are about 5,000 miles away.
What is your favorite thing to do in the nation’s capital?
Walk through the neighborhoods and always discover something new, a new coffee shop, a new mural, a new playground.
What’s the best thing you’ve ever eaten in the city?
The best tacos outside of Mexico – where is a secret though.

If there’s one thing every first-time traveler should do when here, what is it?
Go to the Lincoln Memorial at sunset, walk behind the memorial, sit down and watch the sunset over Arlington Cemetery.
